I recently came off of a bad experience with a pushy realtor and was ready for a different approach. A month later I called Kevin and he fit the bill perfectly! He is a consummate professional through and through. He was aware of my previous bad experience but would never ever chime in with a negative comment. I’ve never heard Kevin say a bad word about anyone, and I really respect that. Kevin realized that we were nearing the completion of a four-month renovation, and his experience allowed him to gauge the completion time and plan accordingly. Kevin and his team helped my mom sell her condo in the Marina when she needed to move to assisted living. My sister and I both live out of town, but Kevin was terrific in coordinating everything on the ground. He arranged for furniture removal, cleaning, painting, new carpets, and staging without us having to do a thing. Within a week of listing, my mom had multiple offers over asking. He was always quick in his communication and available to answer any questions we had. I would highly recommend Kevin!

Kevin helped my husband and I buy an amazing house in Larkspur, at a great price (below asking!).
