Kevin Kearney is a top-producing real estate agent with over 24 years of experience, specializing in residential real estate across Marin County and San Francisco. Affiliated with Coldwell Banker Realty's Greenbrae office, Kevin is known for his exceptional customer service, guiding clients through seamless transactions with expert market insights, strategic staging advice, and strong negotiating skills. A Luxury Property Specialist and Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS™), Kevin also has deep experience guiding families through trust, estate, and probate sales, transactions that come with their own timelines, court requirements, and family dynamics. He works closely with attorneys, trustees, and out-of-area family members to keep these sales moving without adding pressure. Beyond real estate, Kevin is deeply committed to his family and the community. He lives in San Rafael with his wife Gisele and her two kids, Aidan and Addison. He also holds leadership roles in several local organizations, including CVNL, the Okizu Foundation – a camp for children with cancer and their families, and serves on the board of trustees for Mt Tam United Methodist Church in Mill Valley. He holds a BS in Business Administration from Southeast Missouri State University and enjoys hiking and woodworking in his free time.
